Dan Bellm, Poet Extraordinaire
This is poet Dan Bellm and me after sharing the stage (or, more specifically, a music stand in a living room) at Yaddo in 2007. He’s a sweet, talented man, and I’ll always think of him as the writer who made my first reading so special. Seriously, guys, he’s great.
Now, he’s got a website! Go forth and check out that beautiful thing and read his work. Read it.
That is all.

Michael,
Saginaw!?! I’m from Frankenmuth! Glad to find another Michigander in the interwebs. And Dan’s a cool dude, indeed!
Christopher,
Wow. This is amazing. I just checked out your blog, and wanna know something weird? I was at your AWP reading, the one about diva worship. I should have said “hi.” I really liked your essay. I ended up only talking to Paul Lisicky; he and I met electronically through mutual friends. Crazy how small the world of gay writers is.
And thanks for the comment! I’m totally gonna start following your blog.
Michael
